Welcome to Session 4: Quality Assurance for Learner Support

Please consult the course schedule on the syllabus page for an overview of this session.

To successfully complete this session, please do the following:

• work your way through the learning materials
• complete the self-assessment quiz
• participate in the discussion forum; and
• complete the learning challenge 4 (aim to complete the learning challenge by the end of the week)
• Knowledge test quiz
• Course exit survey

Your Certificate of completion will be emailed to you when you have successfully earned all the badges associated with the course learning challenges and passed the Knowledge test.

Don’t worry if you have fallen a little behind. The course materials will remain open so that you can complete the submissions to earn all the badges.
