Digital skills for teaching in the 21st century

(DS4TC21)

Welcome to Module 4 – Promoting Academic Integrity and Ethical Digital Practices

Dear [First Name]

Congratulations on reaching the final module of the course! Welcome to Module 4: Promoting Academic Integrity and Ethical Digital Practices.

In this module, we turn our attention to values that are critical in both education and the workplace: honesty, respect, professionalism, and responsible digital behaviour. You'll explore how to design fair assessments, guide students on the ethical use of AI, and help them understand their digital footprint.

Module 4 runs from 6–11 July

Whether you’re supporting apprentices, secondary students, or adult learners, this module will help you model and promote ethical teaching practices that prepare learners for lifelong success.

What to do this week:

By completing this module, you’ll earn the "Ethical Digital Educator" badge. If you’ve completed all modules (1–4 or 0–4), you will also qualify for the Certificate of Completion.

Certificates will be emailed to eligible participants once all required badges have been earned and verified.

Need help? Reach out via the course forum or email me. And don’t forget—course materials will remain available for a while if you need extra time to finish any pending activities.

It’s been a pleasure learning with you throughout this course. Let’s finish strong!

Warm regards
