Start your project with the end in mind

Initiating a project (IPM102) is a free, online, open education course that will help you to create a project charter. IPM102 is one of four micro-courses for Introduction to Project Management (IPM). 

This micro-course provides opportunities to:

  • Develop a charter for a project of your choice that motivates the business case, identifies participants, and clearly defines the desired outcomes as the foundation for developing a successful project plan.
  • Enhance your career prospects by earning an Edubits micro-credential
  • Gain credit towards the Certificate Higher Education Business (OERu), a UK-based qualification from the University of the Highlands and Islands.

We all manage projects, but not everyone is a successful project manager.
